The Eldorado target lies at the western end of the Klondike Project, easily accessible from Dawson City via the government maintained Bonanza Road. Exploration has identified the Nugget and Lone Star Zones, and the Violet target.
The Lone Star Zone is centered along Lone Star ridge, the site of the original Lone Star Mine (1912-1914) and other short underground workings called Pioneer and Parnell. On the south side of Lone Star ridge is the Nugget-to-Buckland Zone, and across Eldorado Creek to the south, along the next ridge is the Violet Zone. Assessment records indicate that $25 milllion has been spent on the property to date.
The Company’s Yukon properties also include three more distinct hardrock exploration projects on the Klondike plateau called the Dominion Project, the Gold Run Project and the Bonanza Project.
In the southeast corner of the Klondike Mining District the company owns the McKinnon Creek placer mine featured on Discovery Channel program Gold Rush.
