History

Klondike Gold Corp. (“Klondike Gold or “Company”) is a Canadian exploration company with offices in Vancouver, British Columbia, and Dawson City, Yukon Territory. The Company’s shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “KG”, on the Frankfurt Exchange under the symbol “LBDP”, and on the US OTC under the symbol “KDKGF”.

Klondike Gold is a Vancouver based gold exploration company advancing its 100%-owned Klondike District Gold Project located at Dawson City, Yukon, one of the top mining jurisdictions in the world. The Klondike District Gold Project targets gold associated with a previously unrecognized district scale orogenic fault system along the 55-kilometer property length now considered the bedrock source of the famous Klondike Goldfields placer district. The Company’s efforts have identified a Mineral Resource Estimate of 469,000 Indicated and 112,000 Inferred gold ounces [1], published November 10, 2022 based upon holes completed from 2015 through 2021 using a gold price of $1,700 USD and a 0.2 g/t Au cut-off, a milestone first for the Klondike District.

The Company is focused on exploration and development of its 727 square kilometer property accessible by scheduled airline and government-maintained roads located on the outskirts of Dawson City, Yukon, within the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in First Nation traditional territory.

History of Incorporation
The Company was incorporated as Arbor Resources Inc. (AOR-ME/VSE) on August 23, 1978 under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

On January 23, 1996, Arbor Resources Inc. completed a 10 for 1 share rollback and changed its name to Klondike Gold Corporation (KG-VSE: cusip 498903 10 3).

On November 2, 2010 Klondike Gold Corporation (cusip 498903 10 3) completed a 15 for 1 share rollback and retained the name Klondike Gold Corporation (KG-TSXV: cusip 498903 20 2).

On July 28, 2014 Klondike Gold Corporation completed a 10 for 1 share rollback and retained the name Klondike Gold Corporation (KG-TSXV: cusip 498903 30 1).
