(TSX.V:KG) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Peter Tallman, Gordon Keep, and John Pallot have been appointed as members of the Board of Directors. Mr. Tallman, Mr. Keep and Mr. Pallot are replacing Erich Rauguth, Alan Campbell and Steven Chan as directors of the Company, who have tendered their resignations as directors. The Board wishes to thank Mr. Rauguth, Mr. Campbell and Mr. Chan for their past services. Mr. Tallman has also been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Jeremy Crichton, CA has been appointed CFO.
