Vancouver, BC – KLONDIKE GOLD CORP. (TSX-V: KG) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a twelve-month contract with MI3 Communications Financiéres Inc. (“MI3”) of Montreal, QC, to provide investor relations services to the company for a monthly fee of $3,000. Under the terms of this contract, the Company has also granted two tranches of stock options. The first tranche of 250,000 stock options is priced at $0.10, will be exercisable for two years, and will vest over a 12 month period at 62,500 every 3 months. The second tranche of 250,000 stock options is priced at $0.20, and will begin to vest in 15 months with 62,500 options vesting every 3 months thereafter. The Company has an option to renew this contract for an additional period of six to twelve months prior to the completion of the agreement. MI3 is headed by Mario Drolet, who has extensive experience in working with the investment community.
The Company also announces that it has granted incentive stock options on 3,500,000 shares in the capital of the Company to directors and officers of the Company and 1,825,000 shares in the capital of the Company to consultants and employees of the Company. The options are exercisable for a period of three years at a price of $0.10 per share.
